We recommend a two-fold approach with complementary solutions:
- Use the SAP HANA Audit Log for continuous event based monitoring, e.g. changes to users or changes to configuration.
- Use LogPoint for SAP HANA to check compliance of configuration parameters, authorizations, status of the SYSTEM user and a lot more. These checks will be performed in intervals of e.g. 12 hours.
