LogPoint is an x86 based software appliance, so I’m afraid not - you need something that runs x86 underneath, not POWER. An x86 server, VMware or Hyper-V (or even KVM, Xen, Nutanix) as a hypervisor, or a server in Azure or AWS are all options.

Hello Nils,

Thank you for the reply.

Don’t you think, Logpoint not supporting in POWER, can create the huge setback, as there may be huge resource requirement and POWER can be solution,

Hi Kimil,

To be honest, this is the first time in the last five years that I have come across someone mentioning POWER - if anything, I’d consider support for ARM a more likely requirement going forward, but the vast majority of our customer and prospects are either running x86 hardware or x86 hypervisors.

But hopefully we will have the ideas portal soon so you can log it, and we might be surprised by the number of people voting for it!

+1 for  arm would be awesome to run logpoint on my raspi cluster. :D

@Irakli Edjibia  + 1 from my side too.
