Could you give us more detail on this. What kind of device is it, is this windows or else? Can you give us the event ID of this log, If possible could you provide the raw log of this particular event so that we can research further and provide you the feedback on this?

Thanks for the information above! Well, When we remove items from SharePoint, they are not instantly eradicated. Instead, the deleted items are transferred to the recycle bin of the SharePoint site where they remain for a specific duration or until they are permanently removed from the recycle bin.
In this case, action=FileRecycled means deleted file are currently are in recycle bin and will be deleted in some time. But to be more precise on this could you sent the raw log of this particular event?
